Returns. All products sold by or on behalf of foreverenchantments.com will have a link to our Refund Policies page. All Order Forms and Checkout Forms will also clearly indicate a link to our Refund Policies page. Some of our products carry a 30 day money back guarantee providing certain conditions are proven.
Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of ForeverEnchantments’s judgement of the state of the Products. ForeverEnchantments reserves the right to refuse any returns. ForeverEnchantments may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products prior to accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by ForeverEnchantments may result in ForeverEnchantments’s refusal of return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from ForeverEnchantments may result in ForeverEnchantments’s refusal of return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Products shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for return.
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. For customers in the contiguous United States who 'ARE' in possession of the original packaging, there is a re-stocking fee equal to 10% of what you paid for the product. For customers in the contiguous United States who 'ARE NOT' in possession of the original packaging, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. In either case, the fee is capped at $250 per return item. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of ForeverEnchantments return process. The process may take several weeks to complete. Please follow these instructions to return your Product.
